FAQs

  • Film is an “a la carte” service and is added on for $100/roll (either 35mm or 120). I work with each client to fine-tune when, where, and what time of film works best for their event.

35mm comes in rolls of 24 or 36 exposures with black & white or color options.

120 - medium format comes with 10-12 exposures with black & white or color options.

The film price includes everything needed for authentic film photography - the cameras, film, post-processing fees, scanning, editing, and final delivery (I mail you the hard copies after everything is uploaded digitally).

I learned to be a photographer on analog cameras with 35mm film. It is still my favorite medium to photograph with!

  • Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.

  • Yes! I offer a video that results in a 3-4 minute final edit with music of your choice

The footage is taken throughout the day/evening in-between photographing.

  • My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Busy season, this can take 8-10 weeks. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a link to download high-resolution or web-sized image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

  • You can expect about 250-500 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. Numbers are more defined by package minimum but generally exceed this number.

  • In the extremely rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. I will also be sure to return all forms of payment - including the deposit.

  • A 2nd photographer is always offered as an add-on but depending on the size and additional services added - I will bring my assistant at no additional charge.

  • Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. Weekends get booked quickly while weekdays are generally more readily available.

  • Yes! I love to travel and try to keep my travel calendar up-to-date on my website. There is a minimum $500 fee for traveling UNLESS I am already in the location of your event. In this case, the fee is waved. If travel is extensive or more expensive than the minimum fee, I work out a plan with each client.

  • I use an online platform called PASS Gallery that is personalized with a link and easy to share.

The platform allows you the option to hide images, saved likes, and even order prints! (I also offer specialized printing services)

  • Yes! I offer printing services through a local shop I know & trust. Everything from framed, canvas, and book options are available. I work with each client to choose the photographs of their choice and prepare them for printing.
